EXCELLENT stay

This place is HUGE and convenient. It is family oriented. Water slides and an onsite park are available. The pools are great. The entertainment team DOES a great job, even though they don't get many people engaging. They try to make it as FUN as possible.
The rooms were basic! You had to have everything in the fridge, as the room was contaminated with tiny ants that got into everything, even the bread. This meant we could not make food in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I RECEIVED a very warm welcome with a nice bottle of wine. Receptionists were friendly and subdirector Patricia was very kind, so I must thank the team.

The location was good. It is not that far from the town, only about 1km. The hotel is secure and child and family friendly. Access to the beach is relatively easy by taxi. the taxi costed around 5 Euro.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was well equipped and spacious, perfect for our family. The apartment included two televisions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

There IS a super market cheaper than Dino Super market and a restaurant is on site. Breakfast included eggs, yogurts, meats, and different types of bread. Dinners included various meats, pizza, pasta, and grilled options every night.

the grounds presented themselves as clean. vast pool areas were on offer, including fantastic splash parks for kids. ample sunbeds ensured relaxation and the gardens added to the beauty. smaller pools near each block were a great feature and the kids enjoyed slides all day.
i encountered a notable inconvenience regarding the rooms. the lamp had damp stains. i noticed brown stains on the walls. the wardrobe doors were difficult to manage.

breakfast offered a great variety, showcasing professional staff and generally decent food. plenty of little pools and play areas were also available, very convenient for families with children, a great touch. i found the breakfast facilities were clean and efficiently run.

the beautiful apartment was newly renovated and clean. the daily towel change and cleaning service added to the experience. the room included good facilities. i found the bed very comfy and the bathroom was always super clean.

this location is near playa dorada beach, a short walk away. the restaurants along the seafront were also easily accessible. the convenient walk to nearby attractions added value to the location. a taxi ride back cost just under 5 euros.

The pools were amazing. i found the different areas very suitable for all ages. the apartment included all necessary amenities like a toaster, kettle, hob, and pans. the separate pool areas provided quiet spaces. This was really appreciated.
